I provide individualized talk therapy in both English and Arabic, available virtually and in-person. Child Psychotherapy

Teen Psychotherapy
I’m here to help teens—including neurodivergent teens—navigate the twists and turns of adolescence with confidence and creativity. Using a blend of fun, imaginative activities that let you express what’s hard to put into words, along with guided inner exploration to understand the different parts of yourself, we create a space that’s truly your own. Plus, we’ll bring in your favorite games, stories, and pop culture to make therapy feel less like a chore and more like an adventure.
Whether it’s managing school stress, social challenges, or just figuring out who you want to be, we’ll work together to build practical skills and emotional resilience. My goal is to help you uncover and embrace the strengths that make you unique—and empower you to take on life with confidence, both in and outside the classroom.
Adult Psychotherapy
I offer compassionate, comprehensive therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions—especially when these challenges stem from past trauma.
